Steering Wheel Recover

We can recover your worn out steering wheel.  Recovers can be done in a variety of materials.  Currently available options are Alcantara, Leather, or a combination of Leather and Perforated Leather.  We can also recover in a two tone style using two colors of leather.

Stitching choices are Euro Stitch and Baseball Stitch.  Euro stitch is how OEM BMW steering wheels are stitched and is available in standard Black, or Tri-Color M-Stitching (red, purple, blue).

Alcantara steering wheels look very nice and offer excellent grip without the use of a driving glove.  It is however, common for E46 owners to have their Alcantara steering wheel replaced under warranty during the first 50k miles.  Keeping your hands clean is more important with an Alcantara steering wheel than it is with leather.  Like most things, if you care for your steering wheel, it will last much longer.

We use only genuine Alcantara fabric.  Other "similar" fabrics used by some competitiors do not offer the UV resistance or "rub resistance" of Genuine Alcantara.
